What the world needs now are some true words of wisdom like lala la la lala la lala

I began study and meditation in Tibetan Buddhism in 1990. In 1996 I took refuge with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, also in 1996 I formally became a student of Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche and in 1997 I took Bodhisattva Vows with him.

I continue to study and practice under Thrangu Rinpoche’s guidance. I have also studied with the Dalia Lama, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, the 9th Traleg Rinpoche, Ringu Tulku Rinpoche, Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche, Geshe Lhundub Sopa, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, and Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche.

In addition to the teachers above I have received empowerments from the 17th Kamapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje, the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, Penor Rinpoche, and Yangsi Rinpoche.
